Clarence House, Manchester

It was acquired by HIMOR in October 2011 with vacant possession. HIMOR undertook a comprehensive refurbishment supported by an extensive marketing campaign. The building was fully let by the time it was sold to Zurich Insurance Plc in December 2015.
Zone 1 – Bradley Hall Trading Estate, Wigan
